RAC Tickets

Now a days it seems there is less probability for confirmed birth on RAC tickets. Previously RAC started from 100/120.. but now it is going over 130. It is unfair to the passenger that they traveled without confirmed birth even though they paid for birth tickets. Is there any way to get some amount on RAC tickets who traveled unconfirmed birth through out the travel?

Try to book from another status quota.

Ex: if you're Going from Agra to Chennai and don't get confirmed ticket from Agra, try from station just before Agra. You can get better availability.
