I am writing to complain about an issue with Electrical Products.

I have already raised my issue within your organization ( RES5466832 ), but I feel that my issue is still unresolved, hence my need to involve you in helping to resolve this problem.

Here is what happened: We purchased WW60M204K0S Front Loading with Smart Check & Touch LED Panel 6.0Kg WW60M204K0S on 22-08-2017 at Veejay world of Electronics, Anantapur. From the date of purchase to 3 months it works fine after 3 months we started facing problems with this product continuously. So many times we contacted the service team and got serviced even though again and again, we are facing the problems with this product. how many times we have to call to the customer care regarding this issue. we are not satisfied with this product.

we strongly demand to Replace the product or refund the amount back.
