IRCTC being the the most preferable sight for the booking of tickets seems to encounter many problems after having its interface and format changed for the users. I logged into my account in IRCTC after approx 6 months and find all my data being erased (booking history,cancellation history). The site is as new to me as I have just signed up newly for it. After speaking with the concerned customer care also I am not satisfied and I get a reason that "the data regarding any history of yours will get automatically deleted after 3 months from the time of your booking of tickets". I've been using IRCTC site for booking tickets since 2 years and haven't faced any problem as such but for this time. I am sure to some extent that there has been some problem with the site after the changes been made in the interface(which I find very inconvenient).
So plzz revert to this problem positively if you come across this post.
