Prestige gtmc 02 model

Prestige glass top 2 burner gas stove has been purchased by me on 20.11.2018 and there was problem with the burners as the flame was very slow. The product was not checked by sales person while delivering and now if I ask for replacement they told it is not possible for replacement or refund. I need proper solution for this issue. Now I have registered to prestige customer care service and they told it will take 2 working days for checking.
