This is a complaint regarding my phone which was taken by S.K Enterprises which is a HTC service center in Kalkaji near Deshbandhu college on 4th of August.According to them they must have returned my phone within 10 to 12 days but it has been 21 days and i haven't received any information regarding my phone.When i call them up regarding the same they tell me one or another reason for delay and tell me to call back again after 2 to 3 days and when i do so they again give me some reason and postpone the date.I am seriously dissatisfied with the service they are providing to me and along with this they are even not telling me the final date of receiving my phone.In the end they have only one thing to say "WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO YOU".I am really facing many problems by not having my phone.My ticket no. provided by them is 15INA320008072 and my device name is HTC desire 816 dual sim.
