Poor Quality of Service from SHARP

I have a SHARP convection microwave oven which is not working from 20th Jan 2013. In 20th Jan 2013 my wife call in your customer care and in the very next day 21st Jan one of your representative from “ Smart Service, Authorised Service Center,BG-30, Krishnapur Main Road, Near Hanapara Bus Stop, kol-700102, ph-9903546573” came to my house and checked the micro oven and told that one parts needs to be changed and took rupees 331/-. He told that within 2-3 days he will bring parts and then he will change the parts. But more than 10 days passed I don’t get any response from your side or no one came to my house. Then in 30th Jan 2013 I wrote a mail to Sharp customer care services (sharp@service007.com, response@sharp-oa.com). Then I got a mail from (sharp@service007.com) and told that my complaint id:26552 and our tech will get in touch with the customer at the earliest. In 31st I got a call from their customer support and they told that they will take care of the matter in earliest. But 11 days passed they didn’t contact me or gave me any service. It’s unfortunate that SHARP service quality is so poor that I am getting harassed a lot. I don’t know when they will make my microwave to work properly.
Please take action as early as possible.
