Personal loan complaint pending

I had raised query( CS010118021945) to yes Bank last month i.e 30th December'2017 to Yes Touch team, Yes Touch team raised another query(CS110118038824) on 11th jan'2018 behalf of me because it is related to loan. Unfortunately till now I didn't get any call or any solution.

This is the way yes Bank provide the service to customers, it's very bad service such i never seen in the past experience.
