Paytm not responsing complaints

I had purchased FASTag from Paytm vide order No. #9960743429 for my vehicle No. UP33AM1971 and uploaded RC of vehicle also.

But this FASTag is not working I had to pay cash on Toll Gates.

I had raised issue with Paytm 24X7 Help Line on 26/12/2019, 28/12/2019 , 30/12/2019 and on 09/01/2020. But my problem could not be solved but 24X7 Help is showing that issue had been resolved and they had closed first three complaints.

I had tried more than 15 times on Paytm FASTag Toll free No 1800-102-6480 but could not able to contact to customer care executive.

Now I am help less How my problem would be resolved.

It is very very tricky to call them given volume of calls they get.
But they do reply in customer care email though properly. So send them email.
