Number not working while call

Hi Sir Ma'am,

This is in reference of my mobile phone no 9653019241.
I am using this since last approx 3 year but now i am facing some issues at this number.
It is not working Since last 2-3 months rather then working only sms .
Actual issue is whoever call me the computerized language responds link invalid number.
I have sent may mails to airtel customer service but no body replies on it.
Please help me out .

Dear Madam/Sir

I have already submitted a complain in consumer forum that my 4G Airtel (9108709005) is not working and I got a call also but until now no action and I am getting bills from Airtel. Can someone reply and see some action is taken.
