Not Refunded Amount by IRCTC

Dear Sir

I tried to book a ticket on 31st Jan 2018 Whose transaction id: 100001139667949 but ticket is not generated and status show transaction failed . The ticket prices have been deducted from my Account (ATM Balance) and not refunded till now . I raised the complaint for failed transaction. My IRCTC tickets id: is [#7961369] today is 7th Feb 2018.still not get any kind of response from IRCTC

Are you sure that ticket not booked? If you paid using debit cards then it can take upto 18 days for refund

Yeah I am sure are you sure that money will be refunded to me between 18 day.
