NOT GETTING REFUND FOR A DAMAGED PRODUCT

I BOUGHT A LAPTOP FROM SNAPDEAL AND IT WAS A DAMAGED ONE. I RETURNED THE PRODUCT AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY'VE NOT RECEIVED IT. BUT THEIR COURIER PARTNERS AEW TELLING THAT THE PRODUCT IS WITH SNAPDEAL . NOW I DON'T HAVE MY MONEY NOR THE LAPTOP. DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.
