No response and no product delivery from naulakhazarismith.com

I had ordered for a dress material from naulakhazarismith.com. The owner sent me a mail confirming my order but it's been a month since I have not received my product. She s also not replying to any of my mails. Calls are being ignored. There s no refund given also. This is the worst online shopping experience I've had till date.

My friend told me about this site. She had ordered some products which I really liked. So I placed a order but.. Will contact this number and check.. Thanks..[hr]
