Hello,
I have submitted a refund claim in the month of January. Department of IRCTC has confirmed the receipt of same and acknowledged that Claim is valid. Even after 6-7 times of follow up there is no refund done to that PNR - 2154336158. Below is email from IRCTC. The same email I have been getting with just reminders sent to internal department. Is there an end to this refund issue? Please help so I can get refund.
Similar case is with another PNR - 2156909023 for which refund is pending since May. This is also Valid claim.
It seems IRCTC is asking for forced charity.

As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.
