I have cancelled a ticket from pnbe to bte on 21 nov.but didn't got the refund amounting ₹2040 till now.I havecalled the customer care and have mailed care@irctc.co.in several times but no satisfactory response from them.they are saying the same thing again and again that THE MATTER HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT.Its already more than 2 months.what should I do now?
