I bought an Electrolux ES12L5C(5Star) 1T Split AC 2 months ago i.e 21.02.2018, which stopped cooling. Inspite of repeated followups No one is solving the problems It is 13 days now and in this May heat I am having a difficult time. Worst is that I have taken an extended warranty. The 2 engineer they sent were not capable of solving. Nither the Company Vijay Sales were bothered to attend to my complaints. Just false promises. I had called n numbers of times to Vijay Sales. Electrolux still has bot given me any reply. I want an exchange for the same but no response. I would request everyone to be careful before buying from Vijay Sales. They are Fraud.
