Amount deducted from the account and ride was cancelled and amount not yet refunded back to me and not even updated in the app also. I am checking with help option from the app but they are not at all having the customer service things through the app. Kindly need your intervention on this for consumer better service .

Uber Rogue Drivers have increasingly become emboldened in India as they know that the customers generally do not pursue grievances. They cancel the booked trips at will. They ask you for the destination over phone and oblige only if it suits them. The Uber App transfers the request to another driver and the same process is repeated. I have encountered this multiple times at New Delhi and Chandigarh.
I am sad that customers are at the mercy of the drivers.
