Money is not refunded for Canceled ticket

I have cancelled one eTicket using IRCTC website on 29th December 2017. I can see the refund status as "SENT TO BANK" since 20 days. But money is not credited to my ICICI Credit card. What should I do to get my money.

Cancellation ID/ Refund ID: 100000208211623
Transaction ID: 100001036332881
ICICI Credit Card: xxxx xxxx xxxx 9006 (Ticket was done using this card)

I have sent an email to care@irctc.co.in. Ticket ID is created. But no reply since 10 days.
