I tried to book my tickets on 2nd March 2018 my transaction was failed but money got deducted and also tickets were not booked.My transaction I'd is 100001178206347 and assigned ticket id is 8363800. It's been more than 18days and the coustomer care numbers are always busy. Please refund back the money as soon as possible.
