Money debited but ticket not booked

Sir,
I had tried to book a ticket from Churu TO Howrah FOR Jaisalmere express dated 10.11.2017.But the ticlet had not been booked but money has been deducted on my bank account.It had been a six days but till now money had not been refunded.The ticket is with the following transaction id:100001047646428,100001047646415.Please .Please refund us the money as soon as possible

How do you know that ticket was not booked?

If it was not then you should get it in 2-3 weeks.
