MakeMyTrip.com worst booking process

When we book holiday package[ Booking ID:IN1401B4S016830] the main intention is not to take unnecessary botheration of booking tickets following up with hotels and stuffs, but it seams that I chose a wrong organization. After booking a 3nights 4days Thailand Package with MakeMyTrip.com, I think I have wasted my money. They haven't provided with a receipt till now. Their back-end process is the worst in the industry. Try calling to the call center they will say they can't do anything. Poor chaps are paid to get scolding, they are basically punch bags, where customers take out the frustration of being kept in dark.
When you plan your holiday in 3 months advance , you expect the agents to take care of the bookings and all well in advance.
I don't have a confirmation of itinerary, neither have the booking details of the Hotels.
All that you say over call is of no value. You are really giving sleepless nights, if this is the process then you should have informed me, so that I won't have gone for the booking.
It seems like MakeMytrip.com has the worst standards and process when it comes to executing a travel booking.

You have repeatedly made false claims and promises of call back, intimation mails and booking receipt.
I would request MakeMyTrip.com to please direct your incompetent back-end team to stop harassing me and send the details of the booking.

I request all the viewers to stop booking any tickets from MakeMyTrip.com if you want your vacation to be smooth and comfortable and according to the plan.
