It's a fabulous innovation done for smooth booking of Tickets but why does the IRCTC keeps and option of choosing berths? I booked a ticket in 2S in JANA SHATABDHI FROM CHENNAI 12077 @AVAILABLE SEATS WERE 531 .i have opted for window seat and it gave me a middle seat why would you ask if you have to give a middle seat instead of the asked one I don't get that at all ...and for the foremost The UTS app it really never helped in any manner..
