I had purchased one Handset(LAVA KKT 40 Mini-Blue) on 16-05-2014.

Serial No: 911367750437072
Suddenly from last 2 days display of the phone gone white.The handset is not working.
As per my knowledge it is still within warranty period.
But Service Center is asking for paid service to rectify the problem.
Same thing also informed to Lava Customer Care but no one is willing to help.
