Hello !
my broadband & landline are dead from 8-10 days. I have booked the complaint & it should have been resolved in 3 woking days according to BSNL
Now I have lost a lot of my work due to internet unavailability from so long. Also BSNL should waive off my broadband charges for those 8 days. Can anyone suggest the legal method ?
