Recently I traveled from Bhuj to Mumbasi in KUTCH EXPRESS in SL 12 with PNR No. 8207960074, train bogie was just one of the oldest with out any proper maintenance, un hygienic with lots of cockroaches, rat and bed bug found in the train as they have never done any pest control.
WORST COMPARTMENT EVER FOUND in my travelling life.
Even water tap were not properly working nor toilet flushing. Even on complaining (complain no 1807312213511) there was no suitable action taken from IRCTC.
Hope this would continue by IRCTC for not improving their brand image and they are coming up with PUBLIC ISSUE soon.
