Karbonn Mobile Titanium S5 (IMEI- 911309350150655 , 911309350150663),Resolution of mobile phone was degraded after repair and payment of Rs.4850 for Rs.12000 handset. Then they asked me submit handset for getting repaired or replaced in their central office. Almost 3 months passed and hundreds of calls were made on toll free no. 18001024660 but no timeline provided and asked me to complaint wherever you want to that's why I searched for online consumer helpline. I used to receive Karbonn mail communication from support@jainaindia.com.
