I had subscribed with JUST DIAL for business leads and I signed the contract note in which they promised to provide me leads and I have to pay 450/- Rs. weekly through ECS. I had signed the contract note and after few days the executive came to me again saying that there was some problem with my ECS and again he filled a fresh contract form and now the amount deducted from my account was 450X2 i.e.900. When I spoke to the customer care executive to stop the ECS immediately he told me that the boss is hospitalised hence they cant stop my ECS immediately and it will take few days. They did not stop my next ECS which was due on Monday. I told the executive that how can you deduct twice from the same company for the same service and it was the mistake from your end. So my friends be careful before subscribing as I had a bad experience. And the leads they provide is also of no use. Most of the leads they provide will not buy from you.
