JNK MARKETING IS A FRAUD COMPANY- TAKEN MONEY FROM ME AND NOT ANSWERING MY CALL OR MAIL

This company(JNK MARKETING) (Marketing Executive-Devendra jain ),has taken money from me(RS.10,000)as registration fee for Dealership in odisha. Now they are not answering my call or e-mail.Its already 3 months since i deposited money.I request govt. to take action against them.
I tried to call some of their marketing persons,but they are not co-operating at all.
"I WANT MY MONEY BACK ."
