Item not shipped after 11 days of Booking also

I had booked sony laptop on 06-07-2013.
Order no-1094960452
On 10th i had recd a mail stating that order shipping delayed by 3 days. I enq with your customer care no and surprised to know that particular item was out of stock and advising me to cancel the order.
On 6th the same item was available in another site also,based on the past exp i am proceed with SNAP DEAL.

I booked the Laptop for my sister for study purpose ,we are exp to receive the product by 12-07-2013 .

If we cancel the order any where my credit card bill will generate on 16-07-2013 then who will bear the loss of interest and then we will book another laptop we will wait for another 7 days.

As of now also i am not getting proper response.

Friends pls advice the way further also

Kiran you should keep in mind that before making an order you should surf till satisfaction over the internet. Now the problem seems like you have to wait. You cant cancel the order.
