Issue with Disappearing Comments and Posts on Samsung Community

I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing to report an issue I’ve encountered since recently signing up for the Samsung Community. I have been actively posting comments, replies, and creating posts, but I have noticed that these contributions are not appearing on my profile page, even though I can see them at the time of posting. When I check the post again, my comments or replies have disappeared without any trace.
Additionally, I have posted several threads that also do not show up on my profile. This issue does not seem to be isolated to my account alone. I have seen several other users report similar issues, where their posts and comments vanish after submission.
I would like to clarify that I am not using any abusive language or violating any community guidelines. The issue seems to be technical in nature and is causing a lot of confusion and frustration among the community members.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and work towards fixing it, as it is essential for a cleaner, more transparent community experience for all of us. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide a solution to ensure that posts, comments, and replies appear consistently on the community platform.
