Dear Sir /Madam,
I have booked two tatkal tickets on 24th January, 2018 (Transaction ID: 100001131191458). It turned out to be Waitlisted (WL) tickets. It got cancelled automatically. I was waiting for the refund but it did not happened.
As I checked my IRCTC account now it showed up as amount has been refunded, but I guess, in wrong account. Please check the below screenshot.
I booked the tickets from Indian Bank (Account Number: 616992008). It should have been refunded in Indian Bank and not in KMB. And I don't have any account in KMB.

This was the mail I sent to IRCTC (care@irctc.co.in) but they are just replying with auto-generated different issue-ticket numbers every time I send a mail. Their customer care numbers provided in their site is also not working.
Please can anyone suggest a solution for this issue.
