Again TATKAL booking through Online is a big question mark. Is IRCTC purposely doing this or is this a system fault. Whatever it may be, I am going to file a RTI to find out how many TATKAL tickets are booked by individuals through Online in the past one month and how many are booked by Agents. I feel, IRCTC is doing this for getting business to Agents. Either some error message is flashed or it states not reachable. Hope the concerned authorities will look into this issue and solve it on priority.
