IRCTC service charged twice

Hi.. I booked my ticked from Delhi to Barnala and return from barnala to delhi on 7th feb (Journey date 21st feb and 24th feb).
Train No is: 12455/DEE SGNR SF EXP

While booking, i am charged 11.24 Rs twice, both times.
I think that IRCTC service charges have beeen charged twice to me.It is not the first time..it has happened many a times but i didnt check earlier.

Please let me know about this extra charge and refund my money.

You booked two different tickets. So Rs. 11.24 is the service charge for each booking.

Yes sir.. i know i have booked ticket two times and thats why i am charged 11.24 twice.. but what i am saying here is that "
I have been charged 11.24 twice, both times.. means i would have charged 22.48 Rs (11.24 each ticked) but i am charged 44.96 Rs (22.48 for each ticket)

Please let me know about this

In the booked tickets history do you see only two tickets ? Also please check in "My transactions" => "Refund Status of ..." .

Yes i checked.. there are two two tickets only.
and nothing is shown on "My transactions" => "Refund Status of ..." .

Must be some (unheard) software bug in their part. Just contact at this IRCTC email id with screenshot of your bank's statement reflecting dual charge.
