I had booked the ticket though irctc on 22.04.2019 using net banking as per following details, under Transaction ID- 100001793873929, for. MMTC-NDLS 04419 MMTC-NDLS special Train. A sum of Rs.5820/ was deducted from my a/c but ticket was Not booked- Transaction Failed. Amount deducted from my Bank of Baroda a/c Rs.5820/-

Refund history shows that amount is refunded but still it has not been credited in my a/c. Refund history ID-100001793873929. I am regularly following up with irctc through Till now I have sent-6- reminders to them & every time I got the message that concern has been forwarded to department & It will take some time. Firstly I was told that refund has been initiated on 25.04.2019 under Transaction Id:100001793873929.

It was not reflecting in my a/c then they called my Bank statement PDF copy which was sent by me on 6th May,2019. But till now nothing has been done by irctc. I am struggling for my money but nobody is responding. I have also twitted to railway minister but nothing happened. -20- days have gone irctc is misusing our money. The people sitting their are not made accountable for their negligence, because there is no any strict rule & actions are taken against them.

The worst services provided by irctc. What should I do now. Please suggest me how I can take action againt irctc.
