My vodafone no is 9537719292.My reference docket number is 1861872622.
As mentioned on Vodafone website that International roaming will be provided to customers in Algeria with some tariffs. But when I landed in Algeria on 17-11-2015, 2-3 days I have got the International roaming and thereafter mobile signal disappeared.I have made a complain to Vodafone authority even went up to Appleate authority but no resolution have been made till date.They are saying again and again, this is temporary technical error and you will not be able to get the International roaming in Algeria.
What I should do now. I have already in heavy loss by recharging the mobile and not able to made any transactions due to non availability of OTP (One time password).

It is requested to look into the matter and please get it resolved.
