With utmost concern and disappointment over negligence n substandardness in the name of quality. Am posting this complaint against an age old sweet n Savories joint in chennai. We had purchased some savouries n sweets from Venkateshwara Boli Stall, West Mambalam, Chennai on the 7th February 2015. To be precise we had bought some sweets n savouries in 250 gm packets. Since we had to fly back to our hometown we hadn't checked the packets. To our surprise the moment we opened the packets to try out the savouries. We found Insect/Lizard feces in mixed in it. We couldn't digest what we had found in the packet of savouries.
I had sent one of my friends to complaint about this and the store people didn't even respond properly or apologise.
The sweet stall is so age old and a famous joint named for its quality n taste.. We didn't expect this.. So please do the necessary action against such substandard food outlets. And please bring in more stringent norms for such food outlets.
