I require some suggestions/advice/help to solve my problem .
Few months back i ordered a mobile via website, They shipped the mobile for china ,
I received the mobile parcel with duty and tax which am suppose to pay since i am not available at home, when the package arrived my family members didn’t accept the parcel (since they have to pay the duty) . After few days when i enquired the Indian post office for the parcel they informed that the product is shipped back to china but when i enquired to the seller he informed he didn’t receive it .
The parcel is now untraceable and am clueless about the parcel
