17th Nov 2014- e auction plot sale by Central bank of india
I was highest bidder(40.3 lacs) in that auction & sale certificate issued by bank &
registered the property & paid all property dues of the defaulter &
i met Asst. Revenue officer(ARO) & submitted the application for Khata transfer.
After verifying the documents the ARo straight away rejected my application
& cited reason ' High Tension Electric wire passing through some of the properties
in that lane & yours is one of that & Also, told me that if i will issue khata for you i will be suspended' & really got shocked & i intimated bank
officials on that & they suggest you need to take care of ARO(Give BRIBE!) he will do it.
Even this plot does not come under Akrama-Sakrama regulation act which
karnataka govt planning to implement, which is on hold because of HIGH COURT
STAY.
Today(3rd Dec 14) i went to bank & given written complaint & asked them to refund my money.
Bank officials are aware of this issue & still sold the property
& cheating public
Option 2- if no action meet Bankombudsman(Does this help for my case?)
option 3- DRT
Expert/any of you have other alternate way of getting refund immediately please suggest
