I purchased a Xolo Q700 handset(IMEI: 911310451003488,911310451104484) through Flipkart on 5/12/2013 (Tax Invoice# DEL20131200031701). By January i.e. within a month the incoming voice was not working and I had to use the loud speaker to talk. I was advised by Xolo Care to visit the only service center in my city and they received the handset on 10/02/2014 and they took over 18 days to fix it.One fine day, they called up and when I reached to pick it up, I checked that the outgoing voice was not working.Again, I submitted my ahndset. After 3-4 days, I received my handset back on 5th March, 2014. But now I see that there is a severe network issue. Even people are unable to contact me and even I can't dial them. This is a real DEFECTIVE handset and I made a very BIG MISTAKE buying it. I am getting mentally depressed over the issue and I need an EFFECTIVE REPLACEMENT of my handset. How many times would I run after the service center. Please suggest.
