Horrible Experience with Reliance Digital TV

I booked RBIG TV on 11th May, 2018 after making a payment of Rs. 499/-.My Booking ID is 14548566 and the reply from RBIG TV assured installation within 45 days. Since booking , i have sent many mails and made numerous calls to Customer Care, but no one responds.In this age where companies are so responsive to their customers, it is really unbelievable how Reliance Digital TV is treating its customers. It really is a fraud and mental torture of innocent customersor say rather a broad daylight cheating. I don't understand what to do.
