Dear sir,
i have opened saving account in hdfc bank approx. 2.5 years ago but approximate last two years i have not used this account but now i seen my account balance goes negative up to 10000 rupees without any information but as per RBI these charges are not applicable i have talk to hdfc bank but they told they will not revert back these charges. so please help me to solve this problem because now i want to close this account .
