Hi, I have been given a online booking confirmation from Guesthouser.com for my stay in Delhi between 24th and 26th Nov 2017, they deducted the amount thru' advance credit card payment model. Last minute, the host refused to provide accommodation saying his booking was very old and not valid. It's almost 3 weeks now, but Guesthouser.com is simply using delay tactics and not refunding the amount of INR 11,500.00. They promise everytime that they will respond within half hour or refund within 24 hours, but it's not happening till now.
