I got SMS and email from GoAir that my flight G8-283, has been cancelled. They mentioned in email that I can opt for refund and re-schedule by calling thier customer service helpline. I tried their customer service helpline several time with no success to connect. It seems that they have switched off their pathetic customer service.
I also write down am email but with no response from them.
Hence requested to open customer grievance complaint
