I purchased one 1.5 Ton window AC on 7.5.2019. Two free services were offered. One within 6 months and another within 12 months. As the 2nd service was falling within "Lock in" period I did not contact them. Today I contacted at phone No. 1800 599 4555 for free service. I was told it was given up to 31st May 2020. Now I have to pay for the service. I was not informed about this date. How can I guess the last date for free service? Please look into this and consider 2nd free service.
