I have given my mobile to service center by 02.11.2018 for speaker problem. I got acknowledgment of service request mentioning mobile under warranty. Yesterday I got message from Samsung saying "Dear Samsung customer the repair of your Samsung product has been completed and it is ready for immediate collection from MOBILE CARE. Thank you". Yesterday I got message from Samsung saying "Dear Samsung customer the repair of your Samsung product has been completed and it is ready for immediate collection from MOBILE CARE. Thank you". But when I visited to MOBILE CARE they told me your mobile is not under warranty so you have to pay 6000Rs.
