I've bought one product from amazon.com and I was advised in written from the company that the price they are asking for is the final price and will not charge any custom duty or taxes. I paid full amount in advance and they charged extra Rs 18,000 for customs and taxes (while I was advised in written that they will not charge even a single penny extra).
How can they charge extra as they have told me 3 times in written that price is including of all taxes and custom duty.
Please help me to get the refund of my amount.
