My Videocon TV showed some disturbance in voice quality and so we called Videocon customer care and then they send Mr. Arvind from Tekcare India Pvt limited which is a Videocon service centre in bhayander.
This person informed us that speakers need to be replaced and the charges will be 4100/- . Since there was no cash in the house at that point so I requested in giving a cheque. This person informed me that only if the cheque is cleared then only the speakers will be replaced and that is company policy, so I gave the cheque. The cheque got cleared from my account on 13th April and till today no one from Videocon has visited for speaker replacement. Mr. Arvind is not available as he has got transferred somewhere else , so he gave some other numbers to call , but none of those people are replying or giving any feedback on the progress of work. Past 1 week none of them are even taking the call. The money is taken and no service is done. What should be done in this matter ?
