FootballMonk Order not picked up by DTDC yet

I had placed an order in FootballMonk, with the OrderID: 250578. It was to be shipped by Shiprocket and picked up by DTDC (the tracking ID: 7D113787803). It has been showing the "Pickup Exception" status from a warehouse in Mumbai since a week. I have called Shiprocket but they told it was a complain for the seller (FootballMonk in this case). FootballMonk and DTDC have not answered our complaints.
Requesting an immediate action on these three entities. This is a very bad customer experience.
