i requested for extended warranty which i brought for rs.1,55,000.but they played a big drama as there was a problem in tv and the panel was replaced.
first the customer care said service center person will come and give the form,the service center said as there is a time till oct 2014 we will come again.next they didnot answer my calls ,when the matter was escalated they played the same drama ,the sales manager for this region also said the same
finally i put the message to CEO.it was the most horrible experience.i didnot know that samsung ceo desk treats its customers in such a way.
if this is the case with me its horrible to imagine the plight of small customers.
their website showed there was no service in my area and around 100 km.(it has now been rectified)
definetly the downtrend of samsung has started.they spend so many crores on ads but when coming to dealing such a small things they treat customers as beggars.i will file a complaint in consumer forum soon
