I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the non-attendance of the service request registered with your company on 09.10.2025. Despite the request being logged, no action has been taken till date.
The details of the service request are as follows:

- Date of Registration: 09.10.2025
- Nature of Request: Repair
I had expected a prompt response and resolution to my request. The lack of attention to this matter has caused a lot of problems in our warehouse.
I request you to:
1. Look into the matter urgently.
2. Provide a status update on the service request.
3. Take immediate action to address the issue.
