erroneous wrong recharge

I shifted my Vodafone Mobile number 9830419981 from Post paid to prepaid in end August 2019 and recharged with Rs.1699/- valid for 1 year (365 days) with unlimited calls and 100 sms per day and 1.5 GB data per day.
During 1st week of September 2019 one of my uncle, who while transferring Rs.399/- to me via PAYTM accidentally recharged my mobile number for Rs.399/-.

Post this I received sms confirmation form Vodafone that the existing plan benefits have been cancelled and benefits of Rs.399/- recharge have been activated for 84 days, i.e. - unlimited calls, certain sms benefits (not sure) and 1 GB data per day.

I called up the Vodafone care to discuss the matter and request them to adjust the fresh recharge towards talktime which they denied.

I have repeatedly written to them with no revert, nor their appellate team is responding nor my call is being answered by the appellate team (9830140409).

I hope my demand is not absurd.
I should also mention that this sort of business practice amounts to unethical business practice.
